The aim of this site is to help students from Narvik Upper Secondary School to gain a deeper understanding of politics and political proceses in the USA. Each student has been give a fictitious character to explore and present to the rest of the group.

Where do you come from?
What can you tell about the place you come from?
What is your family background? When did your family first come to the USA and where did they come from?
Where did you go to school?
Did you go to university – which one?
What is your occupation?
Secondly you have to tell a little about your what your work is like
Where do you work?
How did you get your present job? Are you an elected politician or do you want to get elected?
If you are a member of a political party, you should tell a little about it, and which values you would say you like to fight for. (Have you got a political platform?) If you are running a campaign right now, it would be interresting to know why people should vote for you.
